Founded in 2021, Dye Renovations is a locally owned and operated home improvement company serving Northeast San Antonio and surrounding communities. What began as a small family business is growing into a team known for craftsmanship, reliability, and genuine care for every project—big or small.

We specialize in painting, bathroom renovations, kitchen remodels, and home improvement, combining hands-on skill with thoughtful communication and respect for your home. Our work is built on the belief that quality matters: clean lines, durable materials, and details done right.

Meet Jonathan Dye

About the Owner

When life slowed down during the 2020 lockdowns, Jonathan found his passion for building and creating. With tools passed down from his father-in-law, a locally loved painter, he built a nightstand for his wife and discovered how much he loved working with his hands. That moment set him on a new path.

After spending more than a year learning the trade in his father-in-law’s painting company, Jonathan founded Dye Renovations in 2021. What started as small jobs and weekend projects has grown into a trusted local business known for craftsmanship, integrity, and care.

Jonathan believes in doing things the right way—taking time to deliver work that lasts and treating every client like a friend. He’s proud to serve the San Antonio community, helping homeowners improve, renew, and fall back in love with their spaces.

When he isn’t working, Jonathan loves spending time with his wife and their three children, playing drums at church, drinking coffee, fishing, and watching the Spurs.
